In October 2020, NCB Insurance Company Limited (“NCBIC”) transitioned to its new business as a corporate insurance agent under a new company name - NCB Insurance Agency & Fund Managers Limited (“NCBIA”) – when it transferred its insurance and annuities business to affiliated company Guardian Life Limited (“GLL”).

NCBIA continues to offer world class pension fund administration and investment management services for retirement schemes and superannuation funds. As an insurance agent, NCBIA exclusively sells the life insurance products of GLL, which includes the products that were originally owned and sold by NCBIC, such as Omni, Omni Educator, ProCare and ProVision.
