Jennifer Dewdney Kelly is an Attorney-at-law with over 19 years experience in the legal profession. Before joining NCB in 1989, she worked in a private law firm. Prior to her present assignment, she held the positions of Assistant Legal Officer / Assistant Company Secretary and General Council/Company Secretary.

Mrs. Dewdney Kelly holds a B.A. (Hons.) Law degree and is a member of the Jamaican Bar Association.
