Claudette Gordon-McFarlane has over 15 years senior management experience in HRM, CM and administration to include pensions, as well as extensive experience in human resources covering such areas as training, development, policy formulation, industrial relations, staff benefits and welfare. She has been instrumental in the development and implementation of staff incentive programmes, performance appraisal system and staff feedback instruments.
Prior to joining NCBIC in 2004, she was a member of the senior management team at the Kingston Transshipment Terminal for seven years. She is currently a member of the Human Resource Management Association of Jamaica (HRMAJ) and the Society of Human Resource Management, and is the Chairperson for the Eden Garden Social Services, an outreach programme for Webster Memorial United Church. Mrs. Gordon-McFarlane holds a Bachelor's in Science Management Studies from UWI, and is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute.
